Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned letter No.46824/T2/01.7 dated 24.12.2003 and another letter No.50474/T2/2003-3 dated 30.04.2004 of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to fix the pay of the petitioner on par with his Junior Ramalingam from the date of joining in the post of Junior Training Officer by the Petitioner within a time frame.
