Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to withdraw and transfer in F.C.O.P No.290 of 2019 from the file of Family Court, Chengalpattu to Chennai or any competent court to try the same and pass suitable orders.(in TR.CMP.No.6 of 2020)and;
(2)To stay of all further proceedings in FCOP No.290 of 2019 on the file of Family Court, chengalpattu(in CMP.No.206 of 2020) pending disposal of the above TR.CMP.No.6 of 2020.
