O.A.No.312 of 2019 has been filed to grant an interim injunction
restraining the respondents/plaintiffs, their men, servants and agents
from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the entire rear
portion measuring an extent of 873 sq.ft., i.e, 48'-6' x 18' in each floor viz., basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor and
fourth floor, wherein all the common basic amenities i.e., (i) the TNEB Electricity Meters, Generators Change over switch, Water Motor Switches and CCTV Control Box in the basement, (ii). Generator, EPABAX Boards, Metro Water Motor in the first floor and (iii). RO
plant in third floor and (iv) two lifts, situated in the building known as
“Kanchi Plaza” bearing Old Door No.54, New No.103/1 to 6, Pondy
Bazaar, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017, pending disposal of the suit.
2. O.A.No.313 of 2019 has been filed to grant a mandatory
injunction directing the respondents their men, servants and agents to

remove all the showcase and bags kept in front of the common stair case, blocking the access into the common stair case area in the front
portion of the building facing Theagaraya Road, leading from ground floor to all floors upto terrace, located on the eastern side of the building known as “Kanchi Plaza” bearing old Door No.54, New
No.103/1 to 6, Pondy Bazaar, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017.
3. O.A.No.165 of 2019 has been filed to appoint a receiver to
supervise manage and render accounts in respect of the property at old No.9, New No.27 Gopalakrishna Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017
where the Hotel in the name of M/s. Hotel New Malaysia INN is situated.
4. O.A.No.167 of 2019 has been filed to grant an order of
interim injunction restraining the respondents, their men, servants or
agents from in any way alienating or encumbering properties morefully
described in property at Old No.9, New No.27 Gopalakrishna Road,
