Judge, Hosur to dispose of the case within

a period of one month.

- Now the Judicial Officer has sent a communication seeking further time of six months. Since the petition has been filed under Order 39 Rule 1 of C.P.C for injunction, this Court is inclined to grant only six weeks.

- Accordingly, six weeks time is granted to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.159 of 2020.
