For Bail in Crime No. 18 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :-
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2.The petitioner is the sole accused. He was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 29.03.2019 for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(b)(II)(c) & 25 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.18 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
3.The case involves commercial quantity. This Court had dismissed the earlier bail petitions of the accused.
