Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation completed and charge sheet also filed on 27.02.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem, but so far the case was not taken on file.

Recording the abovesaid submission, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The Judicial Magistrate No.1, Salem is directed to verify if any such charge sheet is filed and if that is in order and that should be taken on file without any further delay.
