The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 448, 427, 336, & 307 IPC in Crime No.809 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to pathway dispute, the petitioner along with other accused had assaulted the defacto complainant with knife, due to which, the defacto complainant sustained injuries on the head and shoulder.
