This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in F.I.R. Crime No.727 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, D-5, Marina Police Station, Mylapore, Chennai – 60004 and quash the same.

The parties have arrived at a settlement and filed a Joint Memorandum of Settlement dated 23.09.2020. Dispute is between the husband and wife. Now both are residing together under a common roof.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also confirmed the same.

In view of the above, nothing survives for investigation in this case. Hence, F.I.R., in Crime No.727 of 2017 is quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
