The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far the complaint could not be traced out, since the complaint was sent through registered post. He further submitted that if the petitioner lodge a fresh complaint, the appropriate action will be taken against the accused persons.

Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders, on merits, in accordance with law.
