This petition has been filed to extend the time to produce the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur, as granted vide order dated 03.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10085 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 03.07.2020 and in due compliance of the order, the deposit amount of Rs.10,000/- has been paid to the Hon'ble Chief Minister Public Relief Fund. However, since the Courts were closed due to Covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute the sureties and thereby, he would seek time to execute the sureties.
