This petition has been filed to relax the condition order passed by this Court on 06.03.2020 in Crl.OP.NO.4755 of 2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.
- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He would further submit that the petitioner is the sole bread wnner of the family, hence, he seeks modification of the condition.
