Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5975 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020 on the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crime No.74 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5975 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been initially complying with the conditions regularly and due to Covid-19 he was unable to appear before the respondent and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that initially the petitioner has been complying with the the condition.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5975 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent, on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ first working day of every Month, until further orders.

With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
