Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the Petitioner should surrender his passport before the ACMM, EO-I, Egmore, Chennai imposed by this Hon'ble Court in order dated 03.02.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.941 of 2019 para no.7(b) and direct the ACMM, EO-I, Egmore, Chennai to return the passport surrendered by the Petitioner in connection with the R.R.NO.44 of 2019
