Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl Mp No. 15239/2019 dated 22.11.2019 in Crl A No. 735/2019 that petitioners shall stay at Trichy and report before the Town police Station, Town Hall,Trichy daily at 10.00 until further orders.[CRL.A.NO.735/2019]

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.PRINCE PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed to relax the following condition imposed on the petitioners on 22.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.15239 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.735 of 2019:

"Petitioners shall stay at Trichy and report before the Town Police Station, Town Hall, Trichy daily at 10.00 until further orders."

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that as per the earlier order passed by this Court on 22.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.15239 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.735 of 2019, the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed regularly. Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also confirm the same.

3.Therefore, the condition imposed on the petitioners directing them to stay at Trichy and report before the Town Police Station, Town Hall Trichy daily at 10.00 until further orders alone is modified to the following effect:

"P etitioners shall report before the III Additional Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur @ Poonamallee on the first working day of every month until further orders.
