Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner , the court made the following order:-

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to comply with the conditional order dated 21.01.2020 made in Crl.R.C.No.42 of 2020 and Crl.M.P.No.201 of 2020 by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the time granted by this Court in the earlier order dated 20.01.2020, to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/(Rupees two lakhs only) before the trial court by the petitioner herein, is extended till 25.02.2020. It is made clear that if the petitioner has not deposited the amount within the time stipulated, the stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.

This Crl.MP is ordered accordingly.
