Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extention of time for executing the bail bond in Crl.R.C.No.980/2019 order on 25.09.2019.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SREENIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-
While granting suspension of sentence, this Court passed a conditional order dated 25.09.2019 to deposit a sum of Rs.7,50,000/within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Claiming financial constrains, the petitioner sought for time extension and this Court, by order dated 02.12.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.17875/2019 extended the time till 16.12.2019 to deposit such amount. As directed, the petitioner remitted the said amount and produced a copy of the payment receipt. Now the present Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to execute the bail bond before the trial court.
