this Court in W.P.No.18119 of 2018 dated 27.11.2019 has not been complied with.
viz., the Tahsildar to collect necessary survey charges from the writ petitioner and measure the subject matter land and demark the boundaries. In this contempt petition, notice was ordered to the respondent. Thereafter,
the matter is listed for hearing today.
respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by measuring the property on 24.12.2019. He has produced a communication
issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kattumannarkoil dated 20.02.2020, addressed to the Government Pleader to the above effect.
