learned Government Advocate submitted that the order dated 16.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31672 of 2015 has
been complied with by passing an order dated 24.01.2020 in R.O.C.No.20689/2015/K2 by the Director of Town and Country
Planning, Chennai-2. He has also produced a copy of the
said order.
3. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances,
this Contempt Petition is closed.
