Learned counsel for the respondents State has pointed out that with regard to the non-compliance of the judgment of the learned Single Judge, Contempt Petition No.1220 of
2018 has been filed, where it has been noted that W.A.No.2445 of 2018 has been dismissed and the SLP against that has also been dismissed.
2.The learned Single Judge who has issued notice in the Contempt Petition has fixed the date of hearing as 30.01.2020.
3.On being pointed out, learned counsel for the contempt petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this Contempt Petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
The Contempt Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
