The above application is filed to ratify the expenditure incurred by the learned Administrator of the Company in liquidation towards the purchase of desktop computer to the tune of Rs.51,200/-.

The Administrator had incurred the expenditure on the basis of the orders of this Court dated 13.02.2015 in Company Application 567 of 2014 wherein this Court had observed as follows:

" Taking into consideration the details submitted by the learned Administrator with regard to the expenses incurred to the staff and running of the office, etc., the learned Official Liquidator is directed to disburse the salary to the staff of the learned Administrator and other expenses incurred as per actuals together with the remuneration to the learned Administrator as has been ordered by this Court by order dated 06.02.2006 from the period from which it became due, i.e., from May, 2014, as per the statement made in C.A.No.567 of 2014, forthwith. "

Considering the fact that earlier there are orders of this Court

to reimburse actual expenditure incurred by the learned Administrator as well as other expenses towards salary and other day to day expenses, this Court is inclined to order the above petition as prayed for by ratifying the expenditure of Rs.51,200/- towards the purchase of the computer and direct the Official Liquidator to make the payment to the learned Arbitrator from out of the funds of the Company in liquidation. The Administrator shall handover the old computer, on replacing the new computer that had been purchased, to the Official Liquidator.
