Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner as appointed as a Forest Watcher on 24.01.1995 on par with other juniors and pay all other benefits within the stipulated period which this Honble Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

ORDER :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MUTHUGEETHAIYAN, Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and of MRS.K.MALATHI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

This Court heard the submissions of Mr.M.Muthugeethaiyan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned counsel for the respondent.

This Court has perused Paragraph No.11 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and by taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to order this petition by putting the petitioners on terms.

In the result, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and the delay is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall jointly pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the respondent within a period of two weeks from today and shall file a memo to that effect, through e-mail to the Registry. The Registry on receipt of the said memo, shall number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, list it for admission and print the name of Mrs.K.Malathi, learned counsel for the respondent.
