Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Interim injunction restraining the respondents herein their agents from in any way alienating or encumbering the suit properties being the subject matter in Os No.247/2013 on the file of the III Additional District -Cum Sessions Court, Erode District at Gobichettipalayam, pending AS.No.194 of 2019.
