This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the respective affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 14th respondent viz., Kumaravel and to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the said deceased and accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
