Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Interim stay of all further proceedings of the operation of the Judgment and Decree dt. 30/10/2018 made in OS NO. 24/2013 on the file of the Family Court, Salem (IN CMP.NO.18816 OF 2019) pending disposal of the Appeal IN AS.NO.622 OF 2019.

In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
