legal representatives of the deceased first appellant
and the first respondent.
2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons
stated in the affidavits filed along with the above
petitions.
3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous
Petitions are allowed and consequently, the Registry is
directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the
cause title in the Second Appeal.
4.The Registry is directed to print the names
of the above respondents in the cause list and Post the
matter on 29.01.2020 “for arguments” “finally”.
