Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the operation of the judgement and decree dated 22.12.2015 in O.S.9908 of 2010 on the file of the 17th Additional City Civil Court, Chennai (CMP.No.10613 of 2016) pending disposal of the above appeal (AS.No.487 of 2016).

In this Civil miscellaneous petition, an order of status quo was granted by this Court on 18.07.2016. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till now.
- In the circumstances, interim order already granted on 18.07.2016 is made absolute and the miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
