J U D G M E N T
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against
the order passed by the Joint Commissioner of Labour, Vellore,
dated 19.03.2019 in W.C.No.199/2015.
- When the matter was called today, Mr.R.Subramanian, learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the parties have appeared before the Lok Adalat, Vaniyambadi and they have entered into a Compromise Memo. Therefore, he pleaded that permission may be granted to withdraw the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
- Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the appellant, permission is granted to withdraw the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
