AWARD
This appeal is preferred by the appellant National Insurance Company as against the award dated 19.11.2012 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal, Udumalaipet in M.C.O.P.No.222 of 2009.
3.Hence, the appellant Transport Corporation is directed to deposit the
entire award amount with interest and costs, after deducting the amount already deposited, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this award.

The Tribunal is directed to transfer the same to the respondent/claimant, on proper identification through RTGS in accordance with the terms of the award, without insisting on any formal permission petition.
4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of.
Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition/s, if any, is/are closed.
