PRAYER : Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2018 by initiating the construction of the school building without disturbing the cart track found in Survey No.2103 of Pullakapatti Village, Periaykulam Taluk, Theni and consequently direct the respondents to make entry in revenue records about the existence of the cart track in the aforesaid survey number of our village.
