PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to consider the proposal dated 12.06.2017 sent by the fourth respondent and consequential direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.15,17,500/- as per the valuation certificate issued by the Public Work Department and Chartered Engineer and Registered Valuer namely Balaji & Associates, with interest at the rate of 12% per annum, towards the additional construction done by the petitioner in the super market building of the fourth respondent within time frame.
