ORDER
Mr.K.Neethi Mohan, learned counsel on record for writ petitione r and Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of both the respondents are before this Court.
2. With consent of learned counsel on both sides, ie., learned counsel for writ petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader, main writ petition is taken up, heard out and is being disposed of.
3. Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings of this Court dated 08.11.2019, which reads as follows:
' Mr.K.Neethi Mohan, learned counsel for writ petitioner is before this Court.
2. Short point is, a petition dated 17.11.2015 was given by the writ petitioner complaining of certain mistakes in updation register ie., UDR with regard to 'lands comprised in S.Nos.185/2, 185/7 in Thanichiyam Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District' (hereinafter referred to as 'said lands' for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ brevity).

3. Writ petitioner points out that the second respondent acting on the writ petitioner's representation issued an enquiry notice dated 08.08.2016 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.Ji.5/638/2016 fixing enquiry on 26.08.2016.
4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that last enquiry was on 12.10.2018, but no orders have been passed in the said enquiry until this day.
5. Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents, seeks time to get instructions and revert to this Court.
6. Registry to show the name of the learned State counsel in the next listing.
7. List in the motion list on Monday, ie., 11.11.2019.'
4. Aforesaid proceedings captures and capsulates facts and controversy in this writ petition in a nutshell.
5. Today, learned State counsel on instructions submits that the enquiry referred to in Paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of 08.11.2019 proceedings is underway before the second respondent and that the same will be concluded within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This is recorded.
6. The conclusion/outcome of the enquiry shall be communicated to the writ petitioner and all concerned under due acknowledgement by the second respondent within seven (7) working days from the date of the order.
7. Instant Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
