ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay 18% interest for the belated payment of terminal benefits of Provident Fund, Gratuity, Leave Salary and all other attendant benefits to the petitioner, within a stipulated period.
2.Mr.T.Senthilkumariah, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the state of admission itself.
