PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2019 and to forward the name of the petitioner to the third respondent on the basis of Provisional Selection made for the post of typist as communicated in the Endorsement dated 24.01.2019 and consequently, direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as Typist subject to the confirmation of the genuineness of petitioner's Type Writing (English) Higher Grade Ceritifcate dated 01.10.2015 issued by the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2019 and to forward the name of the petitioner to the third respondent on the basis of Provisional Selection made for the post of Typist as communicated in the Endorsement dated 24.01.2019 and consequently, direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner as Typist subject to the confirmation of the genuineness of petitioner's Type Writing (English) Higher Grade Certificate dated 01.10.2015 issued by the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner was selected for appointment as Typist in the selection conducted by the first respondent. At the time of certificate verification, she has produced Typewriting (English) Higher Grade Certificate issued by the State Board of Technical Education and Training of Andhra Pradesh in the year 2015. The petitioner was called upon by the first respondent to produce the equivalence certificate that the certificate issued by the State Board of Technical Education and Training of Andhra Pradesh is equivalent to the certificate issued by the Director of Technical Education Tamil Nadu.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has received the equivalent certificate and based on the same allotment order was also issued to the petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
