that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No.245 of 2018 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. on 12.11.2018. The deceased committed by hanging himself. In fact, he was already attacked by some of the person on 07.11.2018 and he was admitted in hospital. Thereafter, on 12.11.2018, he committed suicide. Further, he submitted that the investigation revealed that the deceased fell in love with one minor girl 14 years old, who is the daugther of one Ranjith belonging from the same village, out of which, there was a dispute between both the families. On 07.11.2018, the deceased and his father along with their relatives went to the house of the minor girl. They have also asked the father of the minor girl to marry her with deceased, for which, they denied and also stated that they would consider their request after attaining majority of the minor girl. Therefore, the deceased and the other family members have threatened the father of the minor girl and family members. They also threatened that they would kidnap the minor girl to perform marriage between the deceased and the minor girl. Therefore, there was a quarrel between them, in which, the father of the minor girl sustained injuries and that he lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.240 of 2018 under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. For the very same occurrence, the petitioner also lodged a complaint and the saem has been registered in Crime No.241 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C. and Section 4 of TNPHW Act. Therefore, the deceased depressed and frustrated over the love affair with the minor girl. He absconded from the hospital viz., the Government Hospital, Asaripallam, Nagercoil and took an extreme step of hanging himself at Varandha of St. Joseph Higher Secondary School, Kuttapuli, where the minor girl was studying. In the presence of witnesses all the materials were sent to the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate for chemical examination. They also enquired somany witnesses and they categorically stated that the deceased got depressed over the love affair with the minor girl and thereby, he committed suicide. In fact the petitioner dis-satisfied with the autospy of the deceased. Therefore, she a filed writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.22860 of 2018 , seeking a direction to conduct re-postmortum and based on the direction given by this Court, again post mortum was conducted on 26.11.2018. Accordingly, the investigation is going on. He further submitted that there is a specific allegation as against the third respondent that when the petitioner and his family members lodged the complaint, the third respondent threatened the petitioner and his relatives and also refused to receive the complaint. Now, the said officer was transferred to some other police station and he is not serving under the Pazhavoor police station, Tirunelveli District, At this stage, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. Therefore, he prayed for dismissal of this petition.
