Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to issue appropriate instruction to the Second Respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 06.03.2019 executed by the Petitioner relating to the property viz., Vacant land comprised in Survey No. 330/1B measuring an extent of 0.16.00 hectares and in Survey No. 330.1A measuring an extent of 0.04.90 hectares situated at Ammanpuram Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tutucorin District based on the production of Letters of Administration issued by this Hon'ble Court in T.O.S. No. 28 of 2015 and O.P. No. 587 of 2014 dated 18.12.2017.

The Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid submissions made. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed. No costs.
