Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned orders in Letter Na.Ka.No.55158/2015 Ma.Va.Pa.1 dated 21.09.2015 and Na.Ka.No.99306/09/Ma.Va.Pa.1 dated 27.05.2010 both orders passed by the first respondent and the consequential impugned orders of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.1381/2011/E1(2) dated 18.02.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to implement the revision orders passed by the second respondent in R.A.No.183/2013 V.2 dated 31.07.2013 by fixing the inter-se seniority among the Assistants on the basis of their respective dates of birth, within the time fixed by this Court.
