The writ petition against the first respondent was dismissed on account of failure to take notice, by order dated 30.06.2014. The second respondent is the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal. Even the Administrative Tribunal is not functioning now. Hence, there is no point in keeping this writ petition pending.
