Nagar, Chenani – 600 040, measuring about 872 sq.ft., comprised
under T.S. No.38, SLR Patta No.8668/03, Block No.57 and Ward
No.1, within the Sub Registrar Office, Villivakkam, Chennai,
Tiruvallur District, situate in Padi Village under survey
No.253/17-Part and effect name transfer from the name of
Petitioner's son late Kumar in the revenue records of the
respondents such as adangal, chitta, A-Register, patta, etc.,
and record the name in the join names of the petitioners vis:
(1) S.Janaki, W/o.Late Swami Kannu, (2) Kannan, S/o.Late Swami
Kannu, (3) Annapoorani, W/o.Palani, D/o.Late Swami Kannu (4)
Chandra, D/o.Late Swami Kannu and issue joint patta for the
house property as per representation dated 11.12.2017.
