2.According to the petitioner, the original driving license was seized and impounded by the respondent and the petitioner made a representation dated 27.12.2018, requesting the respondent to return the original driving license. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3 The learned Government Advocate would submit that the representation will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the writ petition, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.12.2018 on merits and in accordance with law. Needless to state that the Petitioner shall send a copy of the representation dated 27.12.2018 along with a copy of this order to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
