Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified
Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1 st respondent in his
proceeding R.C.No.28095/2004(F6) dated 15.09.2004 and quash the
same and consequently direct the respondents herein to forthwith
release the Tanker Lorry of the petitioner bearing Registration
No.TN-28-U-0867 to the petitioner pursuant to the order of the
1 st respondent in R.C.No.28095/2004(F6) dated 04.09.2004.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the prayer in this writ petition has already became infructuous and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.

1. Recording the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
