Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of declaration declaring that the suspension order passed by the first respondent in Ref.No.C.No.C1/4994/2002 ROO 85/2002 dated 04.04.2002 as illegal null and void and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with immediate effect and pay the arrears of salary from 24.04.2002 to till date treating the suspension period as duty.
