Ambattur Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai and the consequential notice of the fourth respondent dated 18.08.2004 and quash the same and direct the third and fourth respondents to forbear them from interfering with the petitioner's possession and occupation particularly by way of dispossession from the aforesaid land.
