PRAYER:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from erecting the Electric Transformer on the Road Margin open drainage of the Vishnu Street, Yanam for effecting electricity for Four Storied Commercial complex and Five Storied Residential Building situated at Town Survey No.B/17/30pt of Vishnu Street, Yanam Municipality.
It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that since the Transformer has been shifted, nothing remains for further adjudication and with regard to the query posed by this Court, an affidavit dated 16.09.2019 has also been filed stating that construction in the petitioner building has been done strictly in accordance with the planning permission.
