This writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in M.A.9.VT.Na.Ka.No.R2/3982/2010 dated 30.08.2010 to quash the same and to direct the third respondent restore the license No.134004857 issued on 12.03.2010 in favour of the petitioner.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
