Learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the Project in question, viz., construction of Micro Compost Plant at 41st Street, Sankar Nagar, Pammal, Chennai, against which the
present PIL writ petition has been filed, has since been dropped by the Respondent-Municipality and therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this PIL writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
