Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the First Respondent dated 30.05.2019 made in respect of Application No. TN720190321583 and quash the same, consequently direct the First Respondent to issue Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioner for the death of his wife Lakshmi, wife of Chanthiran who died on 13.04.2018 forthwith.
