Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the respondents herein comprised in the impugned suspension order issued against the petitioner in R.C.No.29028/2008/NMP 2, dated 21.08.2008, by the first respondent herein, and the consequential relieving order issued by the third respondent in his R.C.No.3381/2008/A5, dated 22.08.2008, quash the said impugned oreders as thoroughly illegal and vindictive in nature, and consequently permit the petitioner to rejoin duty immediately with all attendant benefits, continuity of service and other benefits as Nutrition Meal Assistant/Cook under the second respondent's jurisdiction.
