Instant writ petition has been filed, to direct the first and second respondents, to restrain the fourth respondent/defacto complainant, from releasing any materials whatsoever to the press and social media, in order to conduct a free and fair investigation, in Crime No.9 of 2019, pending on the file of the third respondent.
2. Mr.A.S.Baalaji, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would withdraw the instant writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Permission is granted to withdraw the writ petition. No leave is granted to file a fresh writ petition on the very same prayer. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
