PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned orders in G.O.(D) No.83 dated 30.03.2007 passed by the 1st respondent, confirming the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in No.P & E 1(3)/15796/05 dated 19.05.2006 and the order passed by the 3rd respondent in K.Dis R4/27801/04 dated 14.02.2005 quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to renew the L-2 Licence of the petitioner and allow him to do his lawful business.
