PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the order of the 1st respondent dated 16.04.2002 in Ma.Va.Su.No.13/2002 and quash the same and direct the respondents 2 to 5 to register the educational qualification of the petitioners in the concerned Employment Exchanges without production of equivalent certificate.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the prayer sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made endorsement to that effect.
In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Petition Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
